MMC 2023 Annual Open Enrollment

Open enrollment for eligible employees begins now through Monday, November 21st.

During This Time You May:

  • Review Your Benefit Options
  • Enroll For First Time
  • Workplace Violence: The Early Warning Signs – Employee Version
  • Make Plan Changes
  • Add/remove Dependents
  • Decline Coverage

All elections made during this time will be effective January 1, 2023. Enrollments or changes are binding for the entire year, unless you experience a Qualifying Event. Completed paperwork may be submitted via email benefits@mmchr.com or fax (310) 360-5100. FSA & HSA Forms

IRS has not released 2023 limits for Flexible Spending Accounts or 401(k) Retirement Plans. As soon as these limits are released MMC will advise our clients and employees.

401(K) Forms

MMC’s 401(k) transition to Nationwide is now complete. Due to the timing of the process and access to participants’ accounts, MMC is extending its last open enrollment for 401(k) Savings & Retirement Plan from October 31, 2022, through November 30, 2022. Please make sure to review your account and makes any changes necessary for 2022, January 1st -31st, 2023 will be the next open enrollment to make changes, enroll or terminate participation.
