Typically in the past, clients were asked to subscribe to our Innovative Management Approach™ (IMA), which encompasses all of our HR Services, including Payroll, Risk Management and Benefits. The IMA™ is a result of our 25 years of expertise in the HR industry and our trademark appeal to the public. IMA™ was invented out of innovation and peoples’ HR needs in mind, and it is our job at MMC to continue to evolve with the times to create custom tailored services to clients.

MMC understands the declining economy may take its toll on your business, so we are now offering the ability to request any part of our services any way you would like: HR Only Service, Payroll Only, HR and Payroll Service (HR BPO), and IMA.
