    • When is my account going to be ACH’d?

We tell the client to expect funds to be deducted on the evening of the “Hours Due” Date.  We ACH between 2-4 Prior to the pay date in order to confirm that funds are received.

    • I have not received my W2 form. How can I get a copy ASAP?

W2 forms were mailed prior to Jan. 31st, 2009. We can assist the employee in accessing our website where they can print a copy. Or, we can confirm their social security # and birth date and mail a W2 reprint to their requested address.

    • When does the pay period start/end?

There are 2 types of payroll methods: Bi-weekly and semi-monthly.

    • My direct deposit has not gone through & I sent it in a couple weeks ago. What happening?

Direct Deposits take two pay periods to active. The first pay check will be a ‘live’ check because the info is sent to the bank as a "prenote" status. The bank verifies that the information is correct. If there are no corrections to be made, the DD will be active by the EE’s second pay date. If we have an incorrect routing or acct#, it will need to begin the process all over and will delay their DD until the bank confirms the info is correct.

    • Can I get a copy of my 940/941 or DE6 or DE7 form?

No, however, MMC can provide a Payroll Summary Report which has the same totals reported on the Federal & State forms.
